Best nail salon! Quick service & friendly staff! Ohana did my nails exactly how I wanted them and I LOVE❤️❤️

I would give them a zero for today if I could- I’ve been coming here for quite some time and they’ve always been OK but today the girl that did my nails who I believe is the store manager/owner was so rude. I wanted to cry. I showed her a picture and what I ended up with is nothing even remotely close and when I asked a couple of times along the way, she threw her nail at me and told me to do it Myself! She constantly answered the phone and interrupted my service for others and a service that should’ve taken me an hour at the most took me almost 2 hours- literally the rudest service I’ve ever had at any salon in Vancouver! My nails were long enough to look like what was in the photo. I showed her and ended up with Nails so short they had a heartbeat of their own.! I didn’t get a manicure. I got a polish change and she charged me for a manicure which I didn’t argue because I was so upset when I left.

Had such an amazing experience with Vivian getting a powder fill-in. The salon is beautiful, bright and the staff were so friendly. The color I had picked out they didn’t have in stock but halfway through my service they had someone pick up the color for me (OPI 22). Highly recommend ☺️

I came in for a shellac manicure and pedicure in preparation for my one year anniversary. Unfortunately, just a few days later, the polish started peeling off. I have had shellac done at many other salons before and never experienced this issue, so I was quite disappointed especially since I got them done for a special occasion. The staff were friendly, but the quality didn’t last as expected
