A repeated customer here...Had a great experience with all the grooming services i had requested. Hair stylist Mr. Happy knew what my hair type was and what hair style suits my face cut. Good service with other stylist Nargis who did my eyebrows. Minimal pain and perfect bow shape.Thank you Luxury salon and spa for great experience. See you again.

Nt giving one star because I still had some good experiences here. I always come here for eyebrow upper lip threading. Last 2 to 3 times I got it done from Jaspreet. But recently, I had to get a photo clicked for my PR card, I realized both my eyebrows look way different And I want more identical look. I want my eyebrows to look the same. I made an appointment on the call and clearly mentioned that I did not want to get my eyebrows done from this one person as my eyebrows are messed up But ended up facing the same person again. I politely confronted that I do not want it to be done from you because of this reason. She got Offended, and started to ask me to show her photos, saying this is how eyebrows looks, this is how her eyebrows look in her photos, but it looks nice in the mirror. She made me check number of times. I am not blaming her, but I was very clear that this is not what I want. I felt really bad because I had to say this 4 to 5 times. And she wanted to see the photo right so I’m gonna make sure I put the photo in the review so you can show it to her. That’s not an attitude you show to the customer. I still got my services done from some other person. I’m just not very picky. I get satisfied I come home. But Jaspreet definitely ruined my day. I found her to be very arrogant only because I denied her services . I know how I look in a photo, how I have always been looking. If someone’s gonna tell me that my eyebrows cannot look identical, It’s not right.

I have been getting my hair cut at this salon for over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with the consistently excellent service. The salon is clean and inviting, and the staff are very friendly. I always go to Naresh and he is attentive, easy to communicate with, and always takes the time to understand exactly what I’m looking for before he begins. I highly recommend Naresh to anyone seeking a reliable, skilled, and personable hairstylist. His professionalism and genuine care for his clients truly set him apart.
