He returned multiple times to provide a written quote, overcoming equipment limitations and inclement weather, and always followed through as promised. Nathan and his crew recently finished my roof and it was a great experience from start to finish. I appreciated how personal the experience was, from reviewing the quote with me to going over the final product. And it looks even better than I could have imagined. They left my property in great condition and were respectful and clean. If I didn’t have a new roof, you’d never know they were here there isn’t a thing left on the ground. The level of communication and updates as it came close to the job beginning and during the job was wonderful. I highly recommend Nathan and his team!

Nathan, the owner, was really prompt in returning my call, very professional at all times, explained everything in detail, was forthright and honest with his recommendations, and clearly demonstrated his knowledge and experience. He was very friendly and courteous and kept in great communication. His timeline for being available to do the work and for its completion were very accurate. Clean-up was very good. You can tell Nathan is passionate about the work he does and is committed to satisfying his customers. I’m very confident that he would be here right away if I had any questions or concerns because his roofing warranty is both detailed and extensive. A new roof is a big investment.
