I had my hair keratinized by Ellie today. She’s incredibly friendly and kind. While we waited, she even helped me dye my eyebrows, even though I had impulsively thought of it. My hair already feels smoother and healthier. I can’t wait to see how the process goes and will definitely return when needed.

DO NOT GO HERE/ I paid $500 for Ellie to severely damage my hair beyond repair and breaking off. I asked for a simple root/ balayage lift— but she bleached all over the top and ignored everything I said. The haircut was uneven and rushed. She originally said she would fix it and then discuss a refund if I was still unhappy. When I returned, she immediately accused me of leaving a bad review under another name (which I did NOT) and became argumentative. After “fixing” it, my hair was orange, damaged, choppy and nothing like what I asked for. When I calmly asked about a refund, she started yelling in front of customers, making personal insults, and then called the police instead of taking responsibility. This is the most unprofessional and hostile experience I’ve ever had. I left in tears, my hair is ruined there was zero accountability from the owner. The way she handled this was completely unacceptable. Save your money and avoid this salon. I have to pay again to get it fixed because she did such a bad job. Their responses online speak volumes instead of resolving issues, they have threatened me and multiple other people online, they accused me of writing a bad review that was 2 weeks before and NOT ME. Quite embarrassing to tell clients to delete their reviews and threatening them instead of fixing your mistakes. Leaving a review is legal by the way.. calling the police to intimidate customers and giving false statements is not. Very disturbing behaviour from both Ellie and the owner Sam.

This was my first time visiting the salon, and even though I booked my appointment last minute, Ellie was kind enough to accommodate me. She took the time to understand the look I wanted and gave helpful suggestions for my hair. I’m so happy with the results—she achieved exactly what I envisioned! Ellie is very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. I got both a haircut and hair color, and I love how the color turned out—it’s beautifully blended and gives a fresh, vibrant look.
