Filed acrylic off, not soaked it off like I asked. Acrylic got all over my skin & under nail in application process. Filed it off with that round bit file. Cuticle around nails are sore and dont feel great after that! Not relaxing time at all

she glued my eyelashes together and eyes shut. Ended up cutting them open which cut all my bottom eyelashes. She said she was having a bad day. So the next day when I showed up with and eyelash glued to another eyelash sticking out I asked if she could fix it. she just plucked it out and said she would call me. Never called back. Paid 150 and now my eyelashes are ruined for who knows how long. I expected them to at least have integrity in their work to fix it. Now i have nubs for bottom lashes and who knows how many eyelashes left after i pay an additional to get them removed somewhere else with the clumps of glue in my lashes. I put mascara on bottom lashes to show how bad it is

My 89 year old mother went for a natural pedicure and came back with serious damage as well as what may be a fungus. I rarely (if ever) post negative reviews but the lady in the phone who was so rude literally moved me to write this. It is totally unacceptable to me that a professional brushed off my call so swiftly. I told her about it and she could not have cared less. The technician clearly did not follow any protocols to keep a clean safe environment for the clients. They overcharged by $20 as well as they charge $40 for the natural pedicure (according to what the lady on the phone said) and they charged her $60. Overall this place does not care to take responsibility for their bad service. She hung up on me while I was telling her about this horrible experience my mother had…. Shame on her!

The best nail salon I have ever been to, I'm from Alberta and I've visited so many nail salons looking for the best one for me and i can truly say this is it, everyone is so friendly, especially the owners and if I'm being honest, they're a huge reason I'm moving to bc, they spoke to me and got close to me when I started out with no one, and they made my time in bc the absolute best. I love that I can simply tell them a style and color and put my trust in them, my last set was by far the most amazing and I'm so glad I trusted her to simply do what she thought was best because I've never been so in love with a nail set in my life. Between the years of experience, even the new people not being afraid to ask questions and learn more as they go, and still being downright amazing despite them not having as much experience as some of the others in the Salon, they are all the best nail techs a girl could ever ask for.

Really disappointed in the owner Nancy and how she handles complaints. I wasn’t going to write a poor review because the girl who did my nails was really sweet, but when I let the owner know the job wasn’t good she blamed me for choosing regular polish instead of gel. I booked a regular polish manicure. The lady doing it didn’t touch my cuticles, no massage or lotion, and did a poor job painting my nails. It’s crooked, thin, with bubbles in it. When I told the owner she told me I should have chosen gel. That i have a bump on my thumb nail so it won’t be perfect (I know my thumb has a bump and don’t care if that one spot isn’t great, but they were all bad). I told her that regardless of whether it’s gel or regular polish that it should be done properly. She said “well what do you want me to do?” And walked away and let her employee cash me out. No apology, no offer to fix it or discount offered. I’ve had a bad experience here before where I booked a luxury pedicure. They were half an hour late to start my appointment then took a walk in so rushed through mine to get to her. They had me in and out in 25 minutes but charged me $80 for it. Not luxurious at all. I gave them another chance and had an ok experience the next time so thought I’d give it another try today, but never again. There’s so many other nail salons in Chilliwack, I’ll take my business somewhere where they do a good job and value their customers instead of blaming them for their poor work.
