Getting treatment that works well with my skin type and concern (Melasma) has not been easy. I have been going to Lux Skin Lab for a few years now, but a few months ago I was introduced to their Nouvaderm treatment and WOW! After only one session I saw an amazing improvement in the pigmentation and my skin just glows. The best part - it was so quick, only a few minutes and the downtime was minimal. Honestly such a pleasant experience and I love the result! Thank you for everyting!

I recently had the NOUVADerm laser done with Taylor, she paid so much attention to detail listen to all my concerns. I am now 2 weeks post treatment and the results are amazing I highly recommend this treatment, I went for issues with postpartum pigmentation and wanted an over all glow up after having a baby. It had already exceeded my expectations after one treatment! Can’t wait for the next one

I’ve been a loyal Lux Skin Lab client for years, but after a recent experience, I won’t be returning. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I did reach out to them directly, explained my concerns, and even went in so they could take photos to document the results. Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with both the outcome and how the situation was handled. I initially called to book a BBL appointment and was encouraged to try their new “Nouvaderm” treatment instead. I was told it was incredible and equivalent to three BBL sessions. It wasn’t. After spending $700 with absolutely no visible improvement, their only solution was to recommend buying another session. Why would I spend another $700 just to be disappointed again? Save your money and go elsewhere.

Taylor changed my skin ☺️ I was experiencing hormonal acne, age 39, breakouts coming out of nowhere, she performed a chemical peel and recommended clarifying products that have changed my skin completely! She also gave me advice on acne triggers. I wasn’t informed about, for example, vitamin B 12 and using age defying products, recommended on TikTok lol. Yes, I fell down the rabbit hole of taking everything good for other skin types, not accounting for my sensitive skin which can’t handle it. So, after this one visit and change in products, my skin has healed. I’m so grateful for Lux & Taylor, I will be returning for more services. Get on your customized skin game!

While dealing with cystic acne and dry skin for years and years, Taylor was able to create a unique skin care routine for me that nourished my skin and began to finally heal my skin barrier. I've tried everything out there and I can say that these products really work, I definitely recommend!! Super friendly and accommodating staff aswell!
