It was my first visit after reading many positive reviews about Manpreet, but unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. The pedicure service felt rushed and incomplete. During my appointment, she left without explanation to attend to another client and did not inform me she would be stepping away. Another woman, possibly the owner, returned to complete the final steps and placed the fan on my toes. After that, I waited approximately 20 minutes without any communication. I eventually had to send my daughter to inquire about the delay, and the response was given from across the room, asking me to wait another 10 minutes. While I did wait, the overall experience felt disorganized and lacking in attentiveness. Most importantly, my heels were not properly cleaned or finished. I have visited many salons in Langley and have never encountered this issue before. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as clear communication and thorough service are essential for a positive client experience.

I have been going to Warrena for about a year and half now and I love this place. They are friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I always book with Oskar. She is gentle when filing my nails and always nails the design I request for no matter what it is, easy or difficult. I always recommend Warrena to my girlfriends and they always love the experience. Christine and Manpreet are also very good as they do my nails whenever Oskar is unavailable. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for an excellent service and great nail technicians!

My first time visiting this nail salon. I have to say they were quick but did a very good job executing the design I asked for and is better than I expected. Wish I got the name of the technicians I had but definitely going back.

I just had my nails done by Manpreet and I am completely in love with them! The service was top-notch from start to finish. The salon environment was clean, relaxing, and very welcoming.
