Consistently have a fantastic experience at this salon. I’ve shopped around here & there in Vic but Luv Salon continues to deliver perfect results for me, I’ll keep coming back :) Chapin crafted exactly what I asked for and made my hair beautiful. I feel brand new. Thank you!

I got my hair done about a month ago and i had an amazing experience at Luv Salon with Kailey. As a junior stylist, I was amazed by her professionalism and execution. I have had various bad experiences with hair cut and coloring in the past, so I am very particular about it now. Kailey was recommended to me by a friend, and I have nothing but good things to say about my new hair. I explained how my previous hair coloring has been way too warm/yellow toned, and I wanted a more natural look with cooler undertones, as well as a trim and slight face framing layers/money pieces. I also hate the look of obvious grow out lines. She executed the cut and color perfectly, curling my hair at the end even though I didn't request it. A month later and the grow out is super natural, no harsh lines or anything. I also appreciate the upfront honesty about the increase in price with the specific coloring that I requested, because no one likes to be surprised at check out. Overall, I highly recommend this salon and will be back for more highlights soon!

I've had my hair cut and dyed here and I highly recommend them. Specifically, Adrianna was a pleasure to work with both for an unusual cut and a red and purple dye job. She was professional and listened to exactly what I wanted, making changes along the way as needed. She made sitting in a chair for 4+ hours enjoyable instead of tedious. She also did work outside the appointment (swatching colours, etc.) and that was greatly appreciated. I should also mention that I've had a number of email communications with them, too, and they have always been responsive and helpful. Admittedly, it wasn't inexpensive, but you pay for a quality, professional experience.

Hands down the best Salon in Victoria. Comes from someone who was too afraid to try any salons here on Vancouver island and only went to Luv after getting recommendations from my buddies. And I am so happy with my haircut. Adrianna did an amazing job patiently working with me to get the style that I like. Making tweaks along the way and really focusing on ensuring that I like the final look and truly see the change in my hair. For someone who is very picky about choosing a hair Salon I would definitely recommend this place! I am posting before and after pictures for reference, sadly I forgot to take a picture before starting the haircut.
