Great experience with Dusty at Luv-A-Rug. Easy communication, quick booking, and he came to pick up all our rugs. When he returned, rugs looked super clean, smelled great and he placed them all back in each room. Wonderful service and rugs were like brand new. He even fixed a rug free of charge.

Luvarug deserves a heartfelt shout out. Dusty stepped in immediately during a community support project involving a family in need and helped us coordinate getting the carpets cleaned without hesitation. He also offered us a free rental if we weren’t able to figure out a solution, making sure we had support no matter what. He went above and beyond by sharing additional community contacts to help us even further during a very stressful time. Dusty is absolutely fantastic. His compassion, responsiveness, and willingness to help made a real difference for us, and we’re truly grateful for his support.

When I moved in over two years ago, the building manager assured me the carpets had been professionally cleaned, but the nasty stain in the dining room was impossible to remove. Since then, I've added more stains here and there, and yes, you guessed why I'm leaving this review; all the stains have now completely disappeared. Richard and Daytona spot cleaned the stains, working their magic quickly, and the cost was more than fair. On top of providing exemplary professional service, they're genuinely warm, salt-of-the-earth beings. I'm so grateful to them. All praise to Luv-A-Rug!

Dusty was accommodating to our schedule, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He did a great job on our rugs. Not only are they soft, fluffy and look like new but the cost ended up less than estimated. Bonus! We highly recommend Luv-a-Rug.

Super happy with the professional, friendly service. Dusty assessed my carpets, gave me an estimate same day I called and off to the “carpet spa” they went. My carpets came back looking exceptionally clean, softer, as well the colours more vibrant. I would highly recommend Luv a Rug!! Will definitely tell my friends as well!
