Billy is amazing! Not only is she the first hairdresser to actually get my hair healthy, full, and growing but she’s also just a gem of a person and I look forward to my visit with her every time.

Short version: This is the ONLY salon I will ever go to or recommend to anyone. I am not even kidding. If I moved across the country, I would be flying into Lethbridge to get my hair done. Long version: I was totally surprised by the REASONABLE charge for my complex service. The luxurious look of this salon and the quality of work does not match the low cost for their services. The stylists at this salon, under the mentorship of April, all work together and are fabulous. I would trust any of them entirely when booking. I had the pleasure of having both Anika (very meticulous if you are seeking perfection) and April (unbelievable extensive knowledge and commitment to quality) as my stylists. FOUR different salons and FOUR different stylists, including THREE hair specialists (many years of fixing boo boos apparently), told me I had to choose between destroying my hair or cutting most of it off. April herself did a test strand to see if the results would be what she expected and what I wanted. In 31 years of dying my hair, NO other stylist has ever done this for me. It has always been just another layer of an unwanted colour or destroying my hair with harsh products. April and Anika worked together, for the complex colour/colour correction service. They saved the integrity of my hair, while achieving what I wanted my hair to look like. It did not require bleach on damaged hair (from the attempts of other salons), that I was told by several stylists I contacted at different salons. It did not need several applications that would be very costly as I was told by other stylists at other salons. My hair just NEEDED an appointment at LUUM salon with hair superheroes APRIL and ANIKA. I just hope that as more people discover this gem of a salon and group of stylists here in Lethbridge, that I can still get an appointment that won’t be six months away.

Best. Salon. Ever. There’s a reason why they have as high of a rating. My stylist is AJ, she is the first person in yeeeaaaarrrrsss that absolutely nailed a feminine short hair cut on me where it was so much better than what I hoped. I also took my 11 year old daughter here and it was the first hair cut in over 5 years where she didn’t cry afterwards and genuinely loved how she looked.

Olivia did a fantastic job with my hair today, going from blonde to dark.... I definitely would recommend her to anyone. 5/5 Thank you so much. I'm very happy with the results, and it feels great too. 😄
