I have bitten my nails sinceI was a little girl down to the bed. I finally took some advice snd got my first acrylic set here and omg, I'm so glad I did! My nails are always gorgeous and they take great care in applying, fixing and making them look amazing. This is my most recent set, and I am in love with the burgundy shade I chose 😍 if you want quality nails and service for a good price, go to LUSH!! Edit: one finally broke (with a LOT of wear & tear to do it) I was able to resist the urge and cut my nail down myself. The awesome ladies fixed it and mentioned that my nails, while still a bit fragile, are starting to strengthen! They made me feel very accomplished and the quick warm towel afterwardscan'tbe beat!! I feel so special! And thanks to them I found my new favorite color: the purple matte I just got 💜 😍 again if you want quality in service, care and results in Grande Prairie AB you need to go to LUSH!

Thank you for your response. I would like to clarify my experience, as your reply does not accurately reflect what happened from my perspective. I am a regular customer and have been coming to this salon for my nails for a long time, so I was expecting the same medium length that I originally had and that I’ve received here before.before getting ahead I always confirm how much it cost for different designs.I was informed there would be an extra charge to keep them extra long, and I understood that. However, I did not want extra-long nails — I wanted my original medium length, not significantly shorter. The issue was not all the nails. My index finger and pinky were fine, but my middle and ring fingers were cut much shorter than the rest, and I pointed this out immediately to the technician and also showed another staff member. Instead of acknowledging the uneven length, I was told they were “fine,” which was frustrating. I chose to stop the service because I did not want to regret the result after spending my time and money. Changing my mind was about avoiding disappointment, not about refusing to pay for agreed services. As a paying customer, I believe it’s reasonable to expect concerns to be listened to and addressed with respect. If a request cannot be accommodated, that should be communicated professionally. I shared this review to reflect my experience honestly, not to argue about pricing, but to express disappointment in how the situation was handled.

What a great experience! My best friend and I got our nails done together and we got to relax, watch tv while they made our nails beautiful. I will be back.
