First time going here - I saw May. She was very friendly and did a very good job - I got exactly what I asked for. I’ll recommend this place to my friends and family! Thanks again. 😊 Again May did an amazing job and I got exactly what I asked for! This is the best nail salon in Calgary. Highly recommend 💕 Went to Kim this time she was amazing! Thanks again

Amazing experience! I had Kim do my nails and she was so nice and attentive. She was also really patient about the time crunch and her eye for details were insane!

While the ladies who were working were lovely and so kind to both my sister and I, it took them THREE hours to finish our nails. My sister and I both love our nails, they turned out lovely and look fantastic. The service was nothing to complain about by any means, and like I said the workers were all very polite, lovely, and kind. However, we booked in for a pedicure, and a manicure with nail art. Considering the nail art we wanted done, it was reasonable to expect a longer appointment. However, we checked in at 4:00 and got out of the nail salon at 7:15. This I feel was a very long time for nails, despite the design. Not to mention it was only my sister and I in the salon at the time, they were not crazy busy. One of the workers, while she was very kind, was doing her own nails while my sister was waiting for her nails to be done. May, who did my nails, was on a FaceTime call for the majority of my appointment. She was, however, when she talked to me, very kind and seemed incredibly knowledgeable. Most of the other ladies were also on their phones calling with people or watching videos. It felt unprofessional and honestly a bit disrespectful to make us wait three hours. During this time one of their regulars came in (I know this because May referred to her by name) and was finished in half an hour while my sister was still waiting for her nails to get done. This felt inconsiderate of our time, and I likely will not be going back to this salon in the future. It would be a different thing if the website had indicated it would be a long appointment, but we honestly did not expect it to take three hours for nails and had already planned things for after the appointment. Unprofessional, and honestly it felt a bit personal. I try to be nothing but nice to service people because they have very hard jobs, but when I saw other reviews indicating the same experience, I felt inspired to add my encounter as well. I have never left a review before but felt the need to this time. I’m still thankful for the relative kindness of the workers, and wish this salon the best in the future. If you’re planning on coming here, I would block off a good chunk of time and if you’re a new customer maybe don’t expect the best customer service.

I discovered this nail salon more than half a year ago by accident—but boy, what a happy accident! I’m always so satisfied with the results. I come all the way from Canmore just to get my nails and pedicure done because they.are.worth.it. All the ladies are incredibly talented; you truly can’t go wrong with any of them.

An absolutely disastrous experience! May did my nails with a complete lack of professionalism. She chatted with her colleagues the entire time, watching videos and showing them to them. The result: a sloppy job. My nails are very poorly done; there's polish missing everywhere. I'm really disappointed! I strongly advise against going to this salon. I never leave reviews, but this time I had to.
