I was very impressed with the service that I received a couple of days ago. The service agent was very knowledgeable, very thorough, made recommendations for further services needed on my vehicle. I was so very appreciative. It's very hard to find good honest mechanics or service agents in these times. A big thank you, keep up the good work and standards It's appreciated and does not go unnoticed.

The boys at Lube Town are always the best. I’ve been taking my vehicles there for years. They’re always very attentive and never try to up-charge you on unnecessary problems. As a girl who doesn’t know anything about cars I always trust them. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!! Love to support local

I drive out of my way to come here for an oil change! I've been to other big-name shops like Mr. Lube, but none of them come close to the exceptional service and honesty I get here. The team takes the time to explain everything in detail, leaving me feeling confident and stress-free about my vehicle's maintenance. It's clear they prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction, making it a no-brainer to choose them every time

My experience with LubeTown Okotoks during my last visit was very poor. Not only was I shortchanged on my oil (I had to return the next day for a top up), my oil pan plug was reinserted using silicon instead of the required plug gaskets (this was found by my Volvo mechanics when I next took my car in for an oil change). Silicone is a big no no. Further, the Volvo mechanics reported that 1) the plug was leaking, and 2) it been screwed in so tightly that it caused damage to the oil pan. I complained in person about this to Lubetown Okotoks but they denied any responsibility. I then made a written complaint to the owner, Amy Giang, using the Lubetown website, but received no reply. I was both surprised and disappointed by this as Ms Giang presents herself as a prominent leader in the Calgary and area business community, as well as a proponent for immigrants. I thought at the very least she would be interested in the poor service I received at one of her three locations, but she was not. I received no reply. I did receive a reply from Lubetown Okotoks which effectively informed me that they wouldn't accept responsibility for their work because I'd had another oil change at another location, in this case, Mr Volvo Plus. I told them that the Volvo mechanic who had discovered the problems with my Lubetown oil change would be happy to speak to them, but they weren't interested. So, for anyone thinking of getting their oil changed at Lubetown, just know that Lubetown Okotoks performed grossly inferior work for which they refused any accountability. It's revealing not only of the business itself but the owner that they chose to conduct themselves this way. Many businesses would simply want to make amends. I won't return to Lubetown, of course, and hope hat this message serves as a warning to others.

Lube Town went far beyond any garage or mechanic I have used in my life. I am 71 and have owned many vehicles, some used in my early years and finally to new ones - 2 of which ran up to a million kilometres. I arrived early and so did the employees, it wasn’t to be opened until 9. They were polite, happy and didn’t waste a minute. I have NEVER saw my fluid levels on display - very informative. Most needed replacing. My truck ran very differently on the way home. I am now looking for a new mechanic for future major repairs. I will be Lube Town’s loyal customer, and will refer them to any e I talk to. Highest rating to them.
