I’m currently visiting Victoria and desperately needed to get my gel nails fixed, they were very grown out and messy after traveling. While researching local nail salons, I came across Susan’s profile and her studio Nail Luara and I’m so happy I did! Her Instagram looked amazing, super clean, trendy, professional, and stylish nails. You can tell immediately that she really cares about quality and detail. I messaged her first before booking because I wasn’t sure which option to choose as a first-time client, and she responded so quickly and kindly, helping me figure everything out. She even offers online booking, which is super convenient! The experience in the studio was honestly the best I’ve ever had. Susan took so much time and care to remove my old, damaged gel nails and give me a fresh, clean new set, a very natural looking gel overlay with a short length and a cute little design, exactly as I wanted. The entire process was incredibly gentle, precise, and relaxing. She explained each step and product and you could really feel how thoughtful and professional she is. Susan works with Korean nail techniques, which are very clean and careful compared to many other places I’ve been. The tools were all sterilized and sealed and everything felt extremely hygienic and safe. The vibe in the studio was also amazing, warm, calm, and we had such a lovely conversation the whole time! She also has a huge range of trendy colors, chrome finishes, and the cutest nail art designs. I could tell she’s super up-to-date with international trends and creates truly stunning nail art. If I lived here, I would 100% become a regular client. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Thank you so much, Susan — you saved my nails and gave me the most lovely experience on my trip. 💅✨

This was my first time visiting, and I loved my experience. She pays so much attention to detail and the health and quality of your nails. She is so kind and the environment is so calming. Her nail art skills are the best I’ve ever seen. I am absolutely satisfied and highly recommend this place.

I had such a great experience with Susan! She’s incredibly accommodating and genuinely takes the time to get to know you. I requested builder gel since my nails are on the thinner side, and she knew exactly what to do. I also showed her a nail art design I liked and she’s sooo easy to talk to! Susan is upfront about pricing too. She’ll give you a quote for the design you want, and if it doesn’t fit your budget, she’s happy to help you find an alternative that does. What really stood out to me is how she creates a profile for each client, keeping track of your nail history and preferences for future appointments. She also gives suggestions based on your nail health and lifestyle, which I really appreciated. I absolutely love what she did to my nails, they look amazing! Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a skilled, thoughtful, and professional nail artist. 💅💖

It was my first visit, and I’m absolutely satisfied! She was so kind and attentive. She took the time to understand the condition of my nails, gave thoughtful recommendations, and helped me choose a design that really suited me. The quality of the work was amazing — clean, detailed, and exactly what I wanted. I could feel how much care they put into every step. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience! Very comfortable and welcoming. I went with my partner and we both got Gel nails. I had never been to get my nails done before and it was a very positive first experience. We both have sensory issues and it wasn’t too bright or loud which was nice. She was very kind and lovely to talk to as well. Will definitely be coming back next time I want to get my nails done!
