I can’t say enough great things about them, I had such a great experience with this shop. They truly went above and beyond while repairing my car and made what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier. The team was honest, communicative, and took the time to clearly explain everything to me so I felt confident in the work being done. Not only did they fix the issue properly, but they made sure everything was safe and running smoothly before I left. I felt treated with respect the entire time, which means a lot. It’s hard to find a shop you can genuinely trust, and I’m so grateful for them. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. If you’re not going to see them for your car troubles you are missing out! I would personally say they are the best. If I was able to give more than 5 stars I would.

I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with this shop. I contacted them because I needed to replace the ETACZ module in my car. They were extremely confident from the beginning, telling me they had done this repair many times and could fix it without any issues. I towed my car to their shop and specifically asked them to perform their own diagnostics to confirm the problem before ordering the part. I also made it clear that the replacement module must be brand new, as a used one cannot be programmed. After nearly two weeks of waiting, they finally told me the part had arrived, but then the excuses began. First, they claimed they had programmed the module but it still wasn’t working. Day after day, I was told they were “still working on it.” Eventually, they said I needed to purchase a new key because my old one was supposedly not syncing. Even after I paid for a new key, they still could not fix the issue. Throughout this entire process, it became very obvious how dishonest and shady their business practices are. Instead of taking responsibility, their attitude completely changed. They told me to pay for the parts they bought and take my car somewhere else because they were unable to fix it. They also refused to provide proof of purchase for the parts, even though they billed me far more than the actual cost. They became rude and told me that if I didn’t pay, my car would not be released. I was charged for absolutely nothing, and they even threatened to add 10 hours of labour and put a lien on my vehicle. Unfortunately, things got worse. When I took my car to the dealership, I was told that the module this shop installed was a second-hand unit with a different VIN, and all the data from my original module had been erased. This caused further complications and resulted in a much higher repair cost at the dealership. Taking my car to this shop was a huge mistake, and I strongly advise others to stay away. I do not recommend dealing with them under any circumstances.

Top notch service and high quality work! Shout out to Lee, Thomas and Kevin for taking care of my car. If you are looking to get your exhaust done, be sure to drop by to this place! Very responsible and great people!

This guy sells junk and refuses to accept returns. Be careful when dealing with him. The transmission was sold with a warranty promise, but after I found broken sensors and damage, he rejected all my requests for a return. Also, his prices for repar job are about twice the market rate.

I've brought my car here many times and have always had an amazing experience. The team is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and truly take the time to make sure everything is done right. They communicate clearly throughout the process and are always fast and efficient. You can tell they genuinely care about their work—and their customers. Every mechanic there really knows their stuff. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for trustworthy, high-quality service!
