We had a wonderful Christmas photo shoot experience with Kristina. She took the time to guide us with our posture and paid great attention to detail. She was also lovely with our daughter. The photos turned out beautifully!

Kristina is talented and professional. She was extremely responsive with me when I had questions about the shoot and any follow ups about the photos. She delivered everything on time and in reasonable time. During the shoot she put in a lot of effort to have us pose with different backgrounds and in various formations of the family. She successfully made my kids smile and captured so many amazing pictures of us all. She did not rush us during the shoot and delivered the gallery promptly. I would use Kristina again!

I just received my full set of photos from Kristina and they are absolutely amazing. She is very talented and responsible. She will get the photos to you in their best form in time! I will definitely do more photos with her in the upcoming years!

UNPROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER - BEWARE! I used this photographer in Fall 2024 for a milestone birthday shoot. It was the worst photographer and photograhy session I've ever had. I initially was in communication with her to discuss my goals and vision for the shoot. I went to her studio to see some costumes and I picked a few for fun but told her explicitly I wanted most of the photos in my own clothes. When we got to the photography location, I was ready to start taking photos in my clothes as I had dressed up and was ready for photos. I started showing her some areas in the park, fall trees, leaves and colors that I wanted to pose around as I had already scoped out the park beforehand. She told me angrily "this is not my style" and "this is not how I take photos" and right out refused all my ideas. I was very shocked at her behavior and told her that this is what I wanted for my birthday shoot. She did not budge, she wanted it her way or the highway. For the sake of time (that I was paying for), and avoiding further tension I went along with her controlling nature. When we started to shoot, she then became visibly angry, frustrated and controlling and told me that I needed to change right away into one of her costumes. I was baffled at her behavior as I was already in my own nice clothes and wanted to take photos in these first as it made more sense. Then I changed into her costume and we moved on to the rest of the shoot, I was highly uncomfortable throughout the shoot as she was not friendly and I found it hard to smile in photos, she also didn't know how to direct. The majority of the photos were in her costumes as the photoshoot was obviously about her and not me, she probably wanted to use photos in her costumes for marketing. I wanted the photoshoot to end as soon as possible. OH she also lost my expensive name brand watch during the shoot while she was rushing me through everything. When it came to delivering the photos, if you think the photoshoot was bad the delivery of the photos was even worse. Her website says 7 day return or else it's free - this is a lie by the way. She made excuses and kept delaying over and over again blaming her personal life issues (we had a professional relationship not counseling, her lies were also hard to believe), then she disappeared off the face of the earth without delivering my photos. I got more frustrated in my emails to her and reminded her of her 7 day rule, I told her that I wanted my money back and that she should take that off her website since it was a complete lie, she said she would but has never taken this lie off. She then said she would honor the refund but then continued to play victim saying how much time she had spent to edit, I caved to get this horrible person and experience out of my life. The photography shoot was October 13 and my photos were delivered to me on November 16, only because of A LOT of hassle, otherwise I do genuinely believe that it would either have taken several more months or never given to me. The photos were terrible by the way. She promotes liking to work with kids/babies and I can't even imagine how she would treat such innocent clients considering how she treated me. This is worst experience I've had working with anyone, she is highly unprofessional rude and has no etiquettes nor customer service. The photography session is about her not you, and what she can market from your photographs. Save your time, money and mostly your sanity/integrity and DO NOT BOOK WITH LOVESPIRED PHOTOGRAPHY.
