Terrible experience. Went for a cleaning and xrays. Did panoramic xrays ontop of normal xrays that are not covered under my plan. Switched dentist after they went through a sales pitch of changing my old fillings. My new dentist could not even read their xrays because they were so terrible.

Excellent work. Very sympathetic to their patient's concerns. Doctor was quite gentle and the extraction of both wisdom teeth was almost painless. Thanks to the staff for being so attentive and keeping me notified of any info they thought I should know. This was far easier than I had expected. Thank you.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Sharifi and the entire staff. Dr. Sharifi is highly professional, caring, and skilled, and did an unbelievable job on my tooth. The result was beyond my expectations. The staff are friendly, respectful, and well organized, making the whole visit stress free. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care. 5+ ⭐️

Very disappointing experience — felt more like a business than a healthcare provider. Since the first week of October 2025, I have been connected with this dental group. My initial examination showed that my teeth were not in terrible condition, but still needed some treatment. Although I have 100% coverage through government insurance, their rates are much higher than the government coverage amount, so I had to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket. My first treatment, done by Dr. Razi, went relatively well. However, the dental assistant who was helping during the procedure showed little concern for the patient’s pain or comfort. I made a brief comment about this at the time. For my second treatment on October 29, performed by Dr. Ponam, things went much worse. My mouth was numbed excessively, and after the treatment, I experienced severe pain that kept me awake all night. I was told to take Advil, which I did, but the pain only got worse over the next three days. On October 31, I called the clinic and was given a follow-up appointment at 5:10 p.m. for a check-up that they said would be at no cost. However, once I arrived, they began another treatment and charged me hundreds of dollars again. They also mentioned that if the pain continued, I would need to see a specialist—without offering much explanation or concern for my well-being. The front desk staff, particularly one woman, was extremely unhelpful and dismissive, speaking to patients in a commanding tone rather than with care or understanding. Overall, I did not feel that my health or comfort were priorities at this clinic. It seems to operate more like a business focused on payment rather than a healthcare provider focused on patients. I am still in pain and have had difficulty sleeping, and I am planning to return again in hopes of finding a solution.
