Great family dental place. The place is always very clean and welcoming. The receptionist Ash is especially kind and always tries her best to help us. Since my parents don’t speak English, it really means a lot that she knows Spanish and can communicate with them easily. Very helpful staff highly recommend!

I highly recommend Family Dental Place. It is a very clean and welcoming place. The service is excellent, and the staff is always very professional and kind. The receptionist, Ash, is especially amazing. She is very friendly and always tries to help us with everything we need. She makes us feel comfortable and well taken care of every time we visit. Overall, it’s a great dental clinic with outstanding customer service!

I had a great experience at Lougheed Family Dental. The receptionists are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful—they made the check-in process easy and stress-free. The hygienist was excellent—gentle, thorough, and very professional. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the cleaning. I had such a great experience at this clinic! Angela, the hygienist, was absolutely fantastic—she gave me one of the most thorough teeth cleanings I’ve ever had. She also took the time to demonstrate the correct way to floss, which was so helpful and appreciated. On top of that, Neda at the front desk made everything smooth and stress-free. She’s incredibly warm and welcoming, and she was so efficient in helping me schedule multiple appointments with ease. The combination of professionalism and genuine care from both Angela and Neda really made my visit outstanding. Highly recommend!
