Had a moor mud wrap and left feeling so relaxed that I was floating. Pam was wonderful and I will definitely be back! Place was very clean and quiet.

My partner and I visited The Lotus Day Spa on Friday September 5th at 4:30 pm. Also huge shoutout to Lindsay for pushing our original time of 4:15 to 4:30 pm due to traffic. When we entered the establishment, we were greeted warmly by the owner. Lindsay completed an amazing massage. She was firm, precise and overall created an ambient space for relaxation. However, my partner was right beside me in the room, as we are getting couple massages done. His massage was not a great. Kaitlyn did well on his back, which is his problem area. However, when it came to his legs, and arms…there was barely a massage more of a graze. Then the neck and shoulders piece of the massage was non existent. When I looked over in the middle of the massage, I view my partner and the masseuse to her using one hand, very lightly, grazing his knee, and the other hand on her hip. This was like this the rest of the time, just different areas. I was close at one point of the massage to ask the owner if we could switch. My partner has never gotten a professional massage before, so I wanted him to get someone like Lindsay. I am not going to say we are never returning. Although, on our next visit I will be requesting for Kaitlyn to not be apart of our experience. Thank you for being apart the wonderful surprise anniversary gift for my partner!

Had an amazing experience with Nicole today! 100/10 I could not say enough about how gentle and professional she is while still being down to earth and friendly. I haven't have a pedicure in years and years because of a bad past experience with another nail tech. She restored my trust for sure! Super gentle, listens and checks in to make sure you are okay. I am also 4 months post pardum and she was very understanding of my needs. Totally safe space for post pardum experiences! Loved my time here. Thank you so much.

I visited this spa for the first time today using a gift card and was pleasantly surprised by the calm, relaxing atmosphere. Pam did my pedicure and provided excellent service—warm and friendly, with conversation that felt natural and genuine. I left feeling completely relaxed and will definitely return.

I had the best experience with NICOLE when had the Moor mud wrap... working in the industry myself, I came in with high expectations and they were exceeded by far! Nicole was on point with everything I requested and I will definitely being going back to her!
