Paul came out to fix a gas leak for us on short notice a few months back and did a great job. He told us to let him know immediately if we ever thought we smelled gas again. A few months later, we had a concern and he came out to inspect it personally on a Saturday night. He was incredibly polite and responsive during both interactions. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to anyone.

Paul is a super friendly and is nice to chat with. We had a backed up pipe, not allowing us to use the dishwasher and kitchen sink. Got an appointment just one day later. Great timely service and Paul treats your home with respect so your living space stays clean!

Paul from Lonsdale Plumbers is professional, polite and responded within 24 hours! I needed assistant with my furnace and radiant heating. I reached out to Lonsdale Plumbers for help with a toilet issue and provided all the photos they requested. After reviewing them, the plumber declined to take the job because he now works alone and doesn’t handle this type of installation without a second person. When I asked for referrals to someone who could help, I was only advised to check online. While they may do quality work for the jobs they accept, just be aware that they may not take on certain repairs or be able to provide alternative options if they can’t assist.
