I cannot say enough kind things about Lonsdale Place Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Annie Irwin. I have had wonderful experiences with them. Dr. Irwin is always so kind, caring, and thoughtful. She is very thorough in her exams, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and always makes sure I feel heard and informed. Dr. Irwin also performed my pet’s in-home euthanasia, and I am so grateful for how gentle and respectful she was throughout the entire visit. She made a difficult time as peaceful and dignified as possible for my pet and me. Afterwards, Dr. Irwin personally sent me a card, as did the clinic, which was an incredibly thoughtful gesture and meant a lot to me. That level of care and thoughtfulness speaks volumes and is something I will never forget. I am grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown to us. From the very first appointment to the last, the care I received was exceptional. I would highly recommend Dr. Annie Irwin and this clinic to anyone looking for a veterinarian who is not only knowledgeable and thorough, but also genuinely compassionate.

Dr. Irwin cared for our fur baby Henry (and our family) with the utmost care and compassion through his end of life journey. Dr. Irwin and all the clinic staff were amazing - going above and beyond to make sure this incredibly difficult process honoured Henry and was compassionate and peaceful for all of us. This morning we were so touched to receive a handwritten card from Dr. Irwin and all the staff expressing their condolences. Thank you for all that you do - I believe it truly does make a big difference in the lives of our pets and us pet parents who love them.

I can't say enough about Lonsdale Place. We brought in our cat after she got out accidentally and got attacked by a raccoon. She had a very rough go with infection from antibiotic-resistant bacteria. The vets, vet nurses and staff were so supportive and compassionate, and by making the early recommendation to have a bacteria culture done I am sure they saved her life. When we were almost ready to give up because the infection came back, they recognized that she was still robust enough to give it another shot with a second surgery and the right antibiotics, and sure enough it was all uphill from then. We're so grateful to this clinic.

Had a great experience at Lonsdale place Veterinary Clinic. My pup was given a quick appt. When I was worried. I really loved the whole staff. The vet was wonderful with Taffy. Thank you!!

My rescue cat "Freyja" was so happy in Dr. Irwin's lap during her first exam. And she was a bit feral it was nice to see The staff are all very kind, caring and knowledgeable. All having their own pets😊 They're sincerely interested in helping your 4 legged family member, and you 🥰 Full of information, suggestions and more, they made our first visit wonderful. Thank you!
