I started going to this clinic about three years ago now! At my first appointment, I was anxious and feeling ashamed due to lack of dental care in my past (for various external and personal reasons lol.) The staff were 1. Extremely kind to me 2. Very accommodating to my worries and 3. Incredibly knowledgeable! They taught me what may seem like the basics to at home dental care but considering my past, it was needed. I first went in and was told that I had around 13 cavities. Despite my fear of the dentist, they were able to help me tackle each problem in a consecutive couple-of-months span. And when it came to taking my wisdom teeth out a year or two later, despite not being able to afford being put to sleep, they took fantastic care of me so much so I wasn't in any discomfort during the procedure. I am still attending this clinic years later because of their prompt care and kindness. Not once did they ever make me feel any sort of shame for my past! I highly recommend them. A clean, organized space with responsive receptionists and kind doctors! :]

I went into this clinic in severe pain after a very discouraging experience at another dental office where I felt treated like just a number. From the moment I arrived here, everything felt different. The receptionist showed genuine empathy and kindness. She truly acknowledged my pain and made me feel heard and understood, which already meant more than she probably realized. Despite the clinic being fully booked, they didn’t turn me away. They prioritized my situation and made room for me because I was in real pain. Throughout the entire visit, I was treated with respect, warmth, and professionalism. I didn’t feel like “just a patient” or a transaction I felt like a human being who mattered. They took my pain seriously, cared about my well-being, and even made sure to book a follow-up so my health wouldn’t be overlooked. I honestly don’t have enough words to express how grateful I am. The level of compassion and care I received is rare, and it restored my faith in dental care. Five stars honestly feel too low for the way I was treated here. I will always be thankful to this team.

I’ve been going to this dental center for the past couple of years, and I’ve always had a positive experience. The staff are consistently kind, professional, and welcoming, which makes every visit comfortable and smooth. I especially want to highlight my hygienist, Luella — she is truly amazing at what she does and has such a calming, friendly presence. I honestly feel like I could be there for hours and not even notice the time because she makes the whole experience so pleasant. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for great care and an exceptional team!

Honestly, this is the best hidden gem of a dental clinic. I've been coming here for years and nobody does a better job at my teeth than they do. I have not had any cavities pop up in years and my dental health just keeps improving. I absolutely love the staff and the warmness I feel when I visit. Luella is the absolute BEST hygienist and she takes such good care of my teeth - but honestly, everyone is so qualified and they will make you feel right at home. Today was the best visit ever - the reception staff = always full of smiles. My teeth were given the extra love they always get and then we had some good laughs with the staff. None of the dentists here sell you anything - in fact, they just want your teeth to be healthy and they don't try to push anything on you. In fact, they bring you back to basics and focus on foundational, less all the expensive things other dentists push. I saw Dr. Ehsan Mostadam and he's very sincere, honest and kind. Thank you, Lonsdale Dental Centre, for being my dentist of choice. I don't live on the North Shore anymore and I have tried many dentists in the area that I live in now - but nothing beats home at Lonsdale Dental Centre.
