When I started using this service, I thought they were wonderful and convenient. Sadly using them on this occasion, they have burnt and ruined three items of my clothing. The sad thing was that they didn’t tell me. They delivered the items as normal all wrapped up and I had to find each item individual over time as I went through the 72 items I had submitted for ironing. On informing them, they said they would repair the items, took them away and then there was no contact with me for over two weeks. I had to ring and chase. They delivered the items back and had done a very poor patch job where you could still very obviously see the burnt fabric and holes in the garment. So all are ruined and unwearable. For lack or transparency and customer service, I would avoid in the future.
