Laura took so much care and precision during my lash lift and tint. I truly felt pampered by her. I am SO impressed that the curl is holding on strong after 8 weeks! Highly recommend this lovely gem.

First time getting my lashes done at Lola's! Tons of parking, the CUTEST dog to welcome you as you walk in, friendly positive ladies, and such a CUTE spot! A bunch of cleansers, products, face masks and scrunchies for sale. Fluffy blankets/pillows, and the best part of it all, THE CHAIR! I usually have a hard time sitting still for so long on the regular benches and my back starts killing me but with this recliner I was in zero pain after 3 hours. She wears magnifying glasses in order to see exactly each lash and ensures it is installed properly and she cares greatly about the health of your lashes and encourages cleaning and brushing and gives tips how to care for your lashes. Super happy to have found this place and cant wait to go back!

Always the highlight of my month going to see Laura, (and Jude) due to her amazing friendly attitude and infectious laughter. I always feel like a Goddess when I leave as she is the Master of her Craft, no matter what style you want and I love trying new stuff! She really is the best of the best!

If you are thinking about getting lash extensions, definitely get them from Laura! She is absolutely amazing, the atmosphere is awesome and she will make you feel right at home. Not only that, but your lashes will look amazing and the quality is great. Plus, if you like dogs and true crime she is 100% your lady to see. I would recommend her above any other lash tech I’ve seen in Kelowna, she’s a gem!!

The most BEAUTIFUL human inside and out. Super welcoming and friendly. She finished my new set in record timing. I have had my lashes done by many other techs in the past but nothing compares to the quality and experience I had here. Very cozy setup, great conversation. My lashes lasted forever and hardly any fell out. She was super flexible to my schedule and answered my texts and questions ASAP. HIGHLY recommend.
