To be honest. I don't have more star to give. The customer service and the mechanic were all professional 👌. I just want to recommend them to everyone. The people are very honest and reliable.

I brought my truck in for a new water pump, I left it there over night so they could get at it in the morning and unfortunately my truck was stolen, I want to stress that it wasn’t there fault and it was completely out of their control because it was parked outside. They provided their information in case we needed it during the time it was reported stolen. Luckily it was found shortly after and brent immediately brought my truck in so it could stay in the shop overnight and I had the water pump replaced, majority of the suspension replaced and an inspection. Not only did he bring my truck in asap he gave me a break on the price for the repairs needed, the mechanic working on my truck was quick and efficient took him no time at all. LJB will definitely be my first choice when it comes to vehicle repairs and they will be recommended to anyone that I know that needs work done on their vehicle, great group of guys to work with hands down the best shop I’ve came across.

My wife and I will always choose LJB for any vehicle issues we have, especially for our old dodge diesel. Brent and Scott have always been friendly, fair, and willing to explain things thoroughly. We have always appreciated their straight forward information, and they always (if the situation allows) offer a few options with their recommendations alongside. I've never felt that I put Brent off when asking many questions. The friendly customer service and willingness to help inform us before having to make a decision makes stressful vehicle issues more manageable. Highly recommend this shop.

I had an amazing experience with this auto shop! They did my oil change and checked my suspension on my 2016 Mazda 6. Brent and Ashley were professional, honest, and explained everything clearly. The service was quick, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality work and great value! Ill sure be coming back for my future auto needs!

My alternator kicked the bucket on my way home to GP from Edmonton on Thanksgiving Sunday. Had my vehicle towed to LJB but they weren't open until Tuesday. They did the replacement and I started to drive home immediately, assuming after an overpriced bill I would be good to go. I had already been unexpectedly stranded in Edmonton for 2 days and just wanted to get home. I made it as far as Whitecourt when all the lights on my dashboard (and throughout my vehicle) flashed on, then all of them off. After about 10 seconds it randomly turned back on. If was already late enough in the day that no where in town would be open and I really didn't want to stay the night in Whitecourt. I decided to keep going, even though I knew it was definitely NOT safe to be doing so. This same thing happened TWO more times. I made it home, feeling sick to my stomach and afraid of the next bill I was going to have to pay for repairs. Luckily, nothing needed to be fixed. Apparently the problem was that my battery wasn't tightened. AT ALL. I had just driven 4 hours with a battery that was bouncing around and disconnecting whenever it felt like it. I appreciate the alternator repair but the incompetence of not doing something as simple as ensuring that the battery is actually tightened is pathetic. When I phoned to tell them what happened the man in the office apologized but came off like he didn't actually care, especially after he chuckled at my experience. You couldn't pay me to take another vehicle here.
