I would not recommend anyone to use this company/Stu for your work unless you're okay with paying over $600/hr. Shop around first! He took my CC before he would come out to clear a kitchen drain which took him 50 minutes including going out to get a part that he broke (which he charge me $150 for). The total he charged me for this work was $622. It was not an emergency call-out or anything special at all; just a simple clearing of a drain and that was it. I was completely taken advantage of and yes I did try to engage him in a conversation about charging so much, but he had my money and was apparently not at all concerned about how this looks or how the customer might feel. There are much better solutions out there for you

We had a plumbing emergency and Living Water was super helpful/responsive and sent someone out immediately. Stu was super knowledgeable, helpful and professional. He actually took the time to show me what was going on and how I could do the repair myself in the future if needed. It was an all around good experience! Thanks again Stu!

Living Water was recommended to me after I had contacted and failed to book other companies for a hot water tank change and new gas line installation for a gas stove. I wish I would have just reached out to them first! Stu and his team were very professional, reasonably priced and really went out of there way to prioritize the installations as I was without hot water or a working stove. I would highly recommend them!

Had an emergency leak that sprung up in the house. Stu arrived on time and attended to the issue professionally and with great precision. Really happy with the service and would highly recommend this company.

Stu was prompt, the work was excellent and the price was right. Follow up call; Called Stu on the weekend and responded right away. Repaired our broken outside faucet and was a pleasure to deal with.
