I went for a manicure to the Little Lounge Nail Spa right after my amazing facial at Lululala Spa, which is a beautiful oasis tucked in at the back of the nail spa. I saw Hailey who took great care with my gel mani. She shaped my nails beautifully and was warm, friendly, accommodating and efficient. I will go back!! This is the perfect pairing! See Sally Jo at Lululala Spa for the best (unbeatable!) facial and pampering experience. And then get your nails done.

First time coming here and not only are my nails a weird stubby shape, it’s also not very clean. It took 1.5 hours as well. The right thumb has a bulge on one side too and the other one shows the gel was pooling to one side…two different women did them and anytime I asked for a fix, it got worse. I’m surprised they even let me walk out with nails like this. I will definitely not be coming back. It’s literally only been 2 hours and it’s also chipping 😭 UPDATE: Finally got back to have them redone and they did an excellent job! At first the woman was saying she didn’t see anything wrong with it and implied I was being picky but she did a fantastic job and in a shorter time than the original nails! I’ll include a photo for reference!

This is my wife’s favourite place to get her mani-pedi. I’ve never had my nails done before, so we made it a date. It was a great experience. I’ll be back! I could have used more help with the colours and such. As a newbie I was a little lost, but I love the end result. My wife’s nails look even better! She went solids, I went with gels. The staff is super nice and the place really smells nice.

The whole vibe of the place and everyone in it was super amazing and the general prep was super professional, but the actual nail polish that I picked ended up looking nothing like the preview they offered. The shellac is thin even after 3 coats and is nowhere near the deep rich colour I asked for, it may be hard to see in the photo but the shellac is so clear u can see through it. Everyone was very nice but the actual quality / application seems to be done poorly.

I had a mixed experience here. The foot massage was great, but customer service and nail quality definitely need improvement. I had to get my nails redone because the first attempt was poorly done, and even the second attempt left a lot to be desired (photos are from the second attempt). Four different people worked on my hands and feet, and not a single one introduced themselves or greeted me. The first person who did my nails didn’t communicate at all, and doing my left hand on my right side felt very uncomfortable. I asked her a couple of questions, but she didn’t respond. While I was there, the staff working on me kept talking to each other in a foreign language, which continued throughout my entire visit. For $75 before tax and tips for both hands and feet, I expected much better quality and service than what I received.
