Lincor painted my house and did a fantastic job. They showed up on time every day. They completed the work as quoted. And they even sent a guy out a few weeks later to do a bit of touch-up at no additional charge. Absolutely fantastic service. I highly recommend them.

Lincor was hired to repaint our 40 unit town house complex which is over 40 years old and stain the 7 year old cedar fences. They did and exceptional job at prepping and washing the buildings taking time to caulk all gaps, protect all areas and work around homeowners items. The clear cedar fences were starting to go grey, they power washed and re-stained them to make them look like new fences. There were two incidents where water made it way into owners units while power washing. Those units had replaced their windows with renovation flange windows which aren't completely seal and allowed for water to enter. Understandably upsetting for those owners the general consensus in the strata was that Lincor did an amazing job. When notified of the water they change course to make sure not repeat. With the challenging labour market, Lincor had a good size crew work throughout the summer to complete the project which is impressive. I would recommend them.

Company has been hired by the Strata to paint the exterior of our townhouses. The guys just don't care: Trampled the plants in my front yard, trampled the plants in my back yard and in some of the neighbors' backyards. Power washed some dirt from under the fences everywhere in my backyard. Power washed some water into my walls through the windows. Blame the windows and won't get in touch with regards to eventual damages. One morning I crossed path with one of their guys. Notices he had really red eyes and thought to myself that the dude was high as a kite as early as 8am. An hour later the guy fell almost 10 feet off his ladder painting my carport. The poor man stayed I don't know how long, laying down in the car port, no ambulance came. My wife even offered for water. Not sure if his colleague took him to the ER or if he managed to get back work. In any case, they are not good and you should avoid working with them.

Very satisfied with the work Lincor did for us. They went above and beyond to get the project done to a high standard and we had great interactions with their team. We'll definitely be using them for any future projects we have.
