I had an exceptional experience here! Despite being on a tight schedule, the team was incredibly accommodating and provided expert recommendations that fit our timeframe perfectly. They are highly skilled, efficient, and super friendly. I can’t recommend them enough for anyone needing quality service without the wait.

One of the worst manicures! Around my nails all the skin has now little hangnails… she created tatters all around my nails … The nail technician was so rude from the second I entered the salon it was unbelievable… her name was jenny or jenna or something like that. It was my first time at this salon, I guess I was one of her first customers… a 5 year old doing a manicure would have done a better job. It’s a shame to have such an inept, unskilled person working in such a pretty looking salon. Correction Ps- I had my manicure *THURSDAY* , posting this Tuesday, but my nails are like this since Saturday! Who does a manicure like this? Answer to the manager- that employee is definitely not well trained as per the results shown in the pics… pictures speak… Also an experienced employee wouldn’t talk like she did to me when I said hello when I entered…

I always have a great experience at Lily & Roo for pedicures. I love that they use individual pedicure basins instead of communal whirlpool tub. I specifically wanted non-toxic formulas, and they have a great selection! With other nail salons close by, this is THE spot to go to!

I got my nails done by Amy and had an amazing experience! I tried dazzle dry manicure for the first time and found it so satisfying. It lasts so much longer than classic one and i am so happy with that! And i wanna thank Amy🩷 She is always so kind and sweet and she is so detail-oriented! I’ve been having a great experience with her here and yeah i will recommend her!

It was my first time visiting, and I had such a wonderful experience! The owners are lovely and welcoming and the nail techs Amy, Lily, and Jenny were absolutely amazing. They were so kind, attentive, and meticulous, making sure every detail was perfect. I got gel extensions and gel pedicure along with my boyfriend who got a pedicure for the first time, and loved it! You can tell that both the owners and staff are passionate about their craft and take so much pride in delivering excellent service. I highly recommend this salon and can’t wait to come back!! :)
