I called the salon several hours before my appointment to confirm they had availability for myself and a friend. They assured us they had space and booked us in. However, upon arrival, the salon was already full and extremely busy, and we were left waiting — which I didn’t mind initially. Once my service began, it was clear they were in a rush. There was no cuticle care, no proper prep, and parts of the design I requested were forgotten. At one point, the technician walked away without saying a word. I assumed she went to the washroom, but she returned with her jacket and bags on, clearly preparing to leave while my hands were still under the UV lights. I had to remind her about the design I requested, which she attempted to complete in a hurry. Meanwhile, the rest of the staff were cleaning up, turning lights off, and putting their jackets on while waiting for me to finish — making it obvious they wanted to close rather than provide proper service. Nails not fully coloured, Cuticles not cleaned or trimmed and Uneven work and no attention to detail. If the salon was overbooked or short on time, they should not have accepted additional appointments. Professionalism includes respecting a customer’s time, communicating clearly, and providing the service that was paid for. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I will not be returning, and I would recommend choosing another salon that values proper client care and quality.

I have been coming here for the last 6 months or so. At first I was happy with the work and efficiency. Since continuing to come back they have been increasingly impatient , when I come back with lifting they often don’t even want to fix it. Telling me “no there is no lift “ I have had to argue with them about nails being different lengths where they tell me “no they are the same “ They make fun of me in their native language. I had no problems with them talking and joking in a different language around me until it started becoming very obvious they were making fun of me . I attached photos of nails with my real nail lifting off the nail bed which they told me “no it’s normal we don’t want to fix that for you today , come back when it’s actually lifting “ And another photo of nails that “are the same length “ They cut the two nails short like I asked but not without telling me this one was fine and they didn’t have to do what I had asked. I offered to pay for the fix but they refused but were still obviously frustrated with me .

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. From the moment I walked in, the greeting was loud and unprofessional, which set the tone for the rest of the visit. Throughout my appointment, the technician was on a video call the entire time, barely paying attention to the service I was receiving when I was looking at the nail color options she was annoyed the entire time because I was indecisive and kept commenting in her language . My nails were rushed, finished in under 5 minutes, and they came out lumpy, uneven, and unfinished. I also noticed a very big difference in how customers were treated. My service felt extremely rushed and dismissive, while other clients were given full attention, warm welcomes, and much better quality work even though everyone pays the same prices. It was uncomfortable and upsetting to see such inconsistent treatment. When I expressed that I was not satisfied with how my nails turned out, the technician argued with me and raised her voice instead of handling the situation professionally. The environment overall felt disrespectful and unwelcoming. I would not recommend this salon. The lack of professionalism, poor-quality work, and dismissive attitude make the “cheap” price completely not worth it. There are many other salons that provide respectful customer service and take pride in the quality of their work unfortunately, this is not one of them.

I went to this nail salon after having a bad experience at another where my nails kept breaking off. I cut them short before coming in as only having a few long bothered me 😅 They were so nice, they were so gentle with my nails as they were so sensitive and thin. They kept telling me if I had any issues with breakage to come back and they'd fix it! And so far, no issues 🤞🏻 They did an amazing job following the picture I showed them, and they turned out amazing. It's definitely one of my favorite sets I've ever gotten. So colorful and cute for summer! I saw a few people mention on reviews that they seemed to rush the service, but I had no issues with this. It was a bit rainy out and warmed up later while I was at my appointment. I went from being the only person there to everyone being busy. They paid so much attention to detail and took care of everyone! Didn't seem rushed at all, even when they were busy. I will be coming back for sure!

The service was very rushed. I don’t do my nails often and I expect my tech to take their time and have a conversation with me. My nail tech treated me like I was just a number in her day. I had a shellac manicure. The filing was very rough and when I pointed out my polish was bubbling she got a little rude. She fixed it and it came out decent so that’s why I gave the extra star. 🤷🏾‍♀️ This place is not the vibe if you want to relax. I had to remind them to massage my hands. In future take your time with your clients who book appointments. Nobody should feel like they are being rushed out of a chair for a walk in client. Just seemed like they tried to squeeze in as many clients as possible. My pedicure was amazing but I wouldn’t go back. This place should be renamed to QUICK nails.
