After a laundry list of long term sports injuries creeping in to haunt me in my mid-late 30s, and trying out a few different physiotherapists around town over the years, I finally found a clinic that provides me with the treatment, recovery and care I need! My physiotherapist (Lauren) is so knowledgeable in all aspects of treatment and recovery. Genuine care for my rehabilitation along with encouragement to continue building a healthy lifestyle is beyond the traditional physio I have received in the past. Not once have I been hooked up to a dr.ho and just left alone for 10 minutes. Every visit is hands on massaging, stretching, strengthening, mobility work and relaxation. Detailed descriptions of exercises, stretches and movements answer any questions I have. The best part is the follow up I receive every visit, It helps with my own accountability and home exercises. I'm glad I found lifemark for physiotheropy. I'd say I would use them forever.....but as they are so good, luckily I won't need to ;)

Lauren is amazing! She’s worked with both myself and my child. Always leave feeling better than when we arrived. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Excellent location. Carly helped my husband for over a year with his physio after he was in a major car accident. She also helped me with physio and massage while I was recovering from cancer treatment. Everyone is very professional, knowledgeable, attentive, compassionate and friendly. I recommend this location for any form of physical rehabilitation.

The staff at Lifemark MNP place are amazing, from Vivian to Karlee, to Terryn and Scott! I have been receiving care for over a year and they have been so supportive, encouraging and caring. I would highly recommend this group for your rehabilitative therapy.

The staff at Life Mark are incredibly welcoming and friendly. Their service is professional, patient, and positive. I was injured at work, and Cecilia has been helping me with physical therapy for 6 months. My injury has big improved under her care. During thy difficult time, she not only supported me with treatment ,also spent her personal time helping me find valuable informations and knowledge about my injury, which helped me gain a deeper understanding of it. Lauren also provided short-term physical therapy, and it was a pleasure working with her. Vivian greets every guest with warm smiles every day. I sincerely thank the entire Life Mark team for their outstanding work and dedication!
