I had a great experience with Jai, Beena and Nake for my knee injury. From the first session, the physiotherapist was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to really understand my issue. The treatment plan was clearly explained and helped me in my recovery. The exercises were practical and effective, and I always felt supported and motivated. Thanks to their care

I had such a great experience at Lifemark Nordel Way! April was so patient and knowledgeable, Herman was friendly and encouraging, Julia explained everything clearly, Nake really listened, Prem was confident and caring, and Thomas made sure I felt supported. The whole team made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. I leave feeling so much better and would highly recommend this clinic!

I’ve been seeing Alex regularly since April 2024 and she has been amazing throughout my journey from dealing with sciatica, through pregnancy and now post-pregnancy recovery. Alex always takes the time to really listen to what is going on and pin point where my pain is. She helps guide me through exercises that actually make a difference. She is so supportive and easy to work with— Cannot recommend enough! Also, everyone at the front desk is super friendly and helpful. Awesome team!
