I want to express my gratitude for all that you have done. I’ve had really positive experience with my physiotherapist Michael Arado. He encouraged me and took time to explain and show all my exercises. I was always supported throughout my whole treatment, from the front end staff always greeting me with a smile and their knowledge of insurance and always quick to get me in for appointments. Susan Kumar was excellent. His treatment plan, advice, and overall care were outstanding. Truly 6 out of 5 stars for him. Unfortunately, my issue is with the clinic’s billing. After paying my portion in January, I was charged the same amount again in February without any call or email notice. I only tapped my card in person, so I was surprised my card details were stored and used again without authorization. When I contacted the clinic, it was difficult to get through, and I received incorrect information about being “undercharged,” which was not true based on my receipts and insurance records. Even if there had been an error, patients should be informed before being charged again. After multiple calls and inconsistent explanations, I received the refund notification but the refund still did not reflect in my bank. Great therapist, frustrating billing experience. Monitor your statements carefully.

I had a wonderful experience at Lifemark Clinic. Physiotherapist Kumar was extremely knowledgeable, caring, and generous with practical advice. Kinesiologists Amy and Faye were kind, skillful, and truly supportive throughout my recovery. Even though Justin and Nav weren’t my kinesiologists, they always greeted me with kindness and a warm smile. I highly recommend this clinic.

I had a great experience with the team at Lifemark Physiotherapy Hazelwood. They helped me manage my back pain and made the whole process smooth and well organized. Faye, the kinesiologist, was friendly, experienced and professional. She explained every exercise clearly and made them easy to follow. Kumar, the physiotherapist, was thorough, knowledgeable, experienced and professional. I always felt confident being under his care. I also want to thank Justin and Nav for their guidance and support throughout my treatment. Everyone on the team was supportive and genuinely focused on helping me improve. Although I did not fully recover from my injury, I am truly grateful to Kumar for helping reduce my constant discomfort and improve my condition. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality physiotherapy care.

After struggling with pain for months, I finally found relief here. The physiotherapist was patient, thorough, and created a personalized treatment plan that really worked for me. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I appreciate the guidance and exercises provided to continue recovery at home. I’m very grateful and would definitely recommend this clinic.
