I wasn’t sure how this may help my arthritic knees. After the initial assessment I was able to work with Boris to manage the exercises he gave me with relative confidence. It was explained why, what, how they would help. I’m doing the work at my own pace with relatively good results and my expectation's over time are positive.

I had a great experience with Lifemark. Boris was a great help in helping me understand why I was doing my exercises but how they will benefit my future surgery. Take home exercise sheets were a great asset to have. Boris was not only personable but was really good as a therapist.

Had a great experience. Was the first time taking physio and was a little nervous. My therapist told me that after 6 or 7 sessions I would walk out, I was t so sure , but he was right. Still continuing my exercises at home and continue to get stronger. My surgeon was happy to see my progress . Getting over a broken hip is quite an ordeal but with George’s help I did it in very good time, not bad for an old lady. Thank you to all the staff and a special thank you to George.
