Specialized therapists and massage therapy to meet your needs, meaning-initial assessments to working out a plan to meet your needs with starting point to monitoring your progress throught self reflection to affirm treatments. Love this place as they are meeting my needs to get back to being me. They have knowledgeable staff, warm and nurturing atmosphere, and an all around wonderful place in a time of physical help to get you back to being you and routine.

The ladies here are fantastic. I see Aman. She is really good. She knows her stuff. My situation needs surgery to fix, Aman's treatments definitely help with pain and mobility, in the meantime. I recommend making an appointment.

I can’t say enough good things about Lifemark Physiotherapy. After a car accident, this team has been absolutely amazing in helping me get back on my feet. From the moment I walk in, the front desk team is always kind, helpful, and welcoming. Bira, my physiotherapist, brings so much knowledge and care to every session. He listens closely and is constantly thinking outside the box, tailoring treatments to meet my individual needs. Megan and Kelsey handle my acupuncture treatments—each bringing their own unique expertise and delivering incredible results. Tania, my massage therapist, is truly gifted. She’s new to the clinic and absolutely deserves referrals! Her knowledge, skill, and ability to bring instant relief on tough days have made a huge difference in my recovery. What really stands out is how this team works together. It’s clear they genuinely care and collaborate to provide the best support possible. I’m incredibly grateful for each of them!
