My experience at Lifenark has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted and treated with respect, and make you feel welcome. Joe always goes above and beyond to ensure you get the best care possible for your physio needs. If you have a tight schedule, he will do his best to squeeze you in on short notice. Couldn't ask for a better physiotherapist. 10/10 recommended

I went to see Thomas Jenkins for a Sports Massage. I had never had one before and wow it was incredible. He was thorough and great at adjusting to what I needed. He was excellent at explaining what and why he was doing different parts of the massage. He has a great approach to developing a rapport with patients. I would recommend him if you need a massage for athletes.

My experience was excellent at Lifemark Okotoks. Joe is such a knowledgeable, top notch physiotherapist. He offered different options and combinations of treatments, but allowed me to make the decisions that I was comfortable with. Tommy is a wonderful, knowledgeable and personable massage therapist. Both gentlemen were so instrumental in my recovery and helped me immensely after my accident. I am forever grateful and would highly recommend these fine therapists.

I was at massage therapy, once a week for twelve weeks, I had Tommy for eleven weeks. He is very personable and puts you at ease, every time I walked out of the office I felt great. His method was to concentrate on specific areas. I had Tyler for one week. His method was to do a whole body massage and then he would ask you if there was any area that you wanted him to spend more time on. I walked out feeling great. Both have their own method, which is great.

12 weeks after a fibula break requiring a plate and 7 screws, I am back to 95% mobility (give or take). Joe has been a fantastic partner and cheerleader during this process, and gave me a lot of confidence that I could not only physically heal, but face the psychological effects of the I jury head on as I've been tender in avoiding impact or pressure on my leg. Joe and the team are easily and highly recommended.
