I had a great experience at Nahid Acupuncture. I started treatments for tendon pain in my hand, and I’m truly happy with the results. Nahid is very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I’ve had an amazing experience at Lifemark 8th Street in Saskatoon, and I can genuinely say their team helped bring me back to my best potential. My main supports were Tyson, my physiotherapist, and Jenny, my personal trainer. Both were incredible to work with patient, knowledgeable, and understanding of my conditions and limitations. They tailored my rehabilitation program to exactly what I needed and pushed me in the right ways to help me recover. It’s not just them, though. The entire staff at Lifemark deserves recognition. The office team is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. Even the other physiotherapists, who weren’t directly working with me, still took the time to smile, chat, and make me feel comfortable every time I walked in. The facility itself is bright, spacious, and up to date, creating a positive environment to work toward recovery. I highly recommend Lifemark 8th Street to anyone looking for genuine support, skilled care, and a team that truly wants to see you succeed.

Working on my own myofascial issues they proved that all the patients that I have referred to lifemark were given super treatment. My recent low back pain is now so much less because of Liam (PT) Wow! And his partner in crime is Maddy. She taught me how to improve my walking/gait. Now I am going to their gym. I had a phenomenal massage with Ashley. She was very professional and knowledgeable and really helped my shoulder with a deep tissue massage. Highly recommend.
