Very happy with the service provided. The cleaners they send are always friendly and eager to do a great job. My very skittish elderly cat has been fine with them too. Initial communication was clunky via phone and email, but now we are texting and they are super responsive.

We hired Life Maid Easy to clean our townhome. They did a deep clean for 2.5 hours, and wow, I am blown away by how good a job they did. The team came in and made everything spotless. They were on time, polite and did such an amazing job! Highly recommend if you are looking for quality work at an affordable price. Thank you!

I hired a team to do a deep clean for my girlfriend when she was just about to have her baby. The team did a great job. Now, I needed a lot of help myself because I am physically disabled. My place needed to be organized and cleaned pretty badly. Yes, I am embarrassed it got to that point, but I have no one to help. The ladies saw the mess and just plugged away at it. They even set up a new dish rack I bought months ago! The old one was done. They still managed to get about 70% of the cleaning done in the time allotted. They were very pleasant, and non judgmental. I am having my sofa cleaned tomorrow and am going to book a second cleaning visit to finish the house and be able to breathe again! Your company does a great job! I tried a competitor about a year ago, and after approximately $2000 later, the windows weren't cleaned, the floor around the edge of my sofa (very easy to see), didn't pick things up to dust or clean... it was a nightmare! I'm glad I found Life Maid Easy! Thank you.

Looking at all the positive reviews that this company has received, I can't help but feel even more frustrated about my experience. I hired this service based on their detailed list of what they clean. When the maids were here, their vacuum broke early into the clean. This resulted in one person leaving (to grab a new vacuum) and the job running an hour late (which I understand stuff happens). After they left, I was sitting in my bedroom and I noticed a dirty spot on the floor. This was confusing because if they had mopped the room, why was there dirt on the floor? I looked up at the door frame to see smears all over it, something else they say that they clean. I started to look around the room and I noticed that my shoes had been moved and were all over the floor in the closet, there was a ball of my sweaters on the dresser, the books were in a messy pile, and they had stripped the bed, leaving the sheets in a big pile on top of the dresser. On top of that, the room nor the closet had been dusted. I figured maybe it was just this room because I had been using it to try to nap my daughter after they ran late. That being said, I asked one of the cleaners if they were done in the master bedroom (twice) before napping my daughter and she said YES! At this point, I was concerned with the quality of their work… so I started looking around. Every room had not been done the way that they described on their website. There was dust on many surface areas, door frames had dirt, baseboards were not clean, they completely ignored one section of the kitchen, there was a big streak across the hood fan, and the shower glass was dirty. That night when my husband went to turn on our kitchen tap, the handle fell right off. It had been sitting there, barely attached. It was fine that morning; I washed some dishes before the maids came. When I reached out to customer service, which included detailed photos, she said she was going to speak to the people who had been here and she would be in touch. She offered to come back the next day and finish what she had started. I was unable to meet her request due to work and had already cleaned up a lot of it. She tried one more time to schedule a follow-up, which also was not a good time for me. After that, she charged my visa, and that was the end of it. I replied that I did not feel the issue had been resolved, I never heard another word. I was not rude in my correspondence. I was very understanding of the fact that sometimes everyone has a bad day and that this all could be chalked up to the vacuum breaking. I think it's fair to say that most people hire a cleaner because they are busy. On top of that, having strangers in the home, after I found something broken and unaccounted for (still has yet to even be acknowledged) DID NOT FEEL like an appropriate solution. I was hoping to use the service consistently in the new year. Since my last cleaner (whom I had a lovely working relationship with for two years) moved. If this issue had been resolved in a supportive manner with clear communication, I would have been happy to write it off as a bump in the road. This service costs more than most I have used, and the job was mediocre at best. I hate leaving a negative review, but I feel like I’ve been left with no other choice.
