The cleaning team arrived on the dot, and finished the jobs I had asked to be done with an hour to spare. I was only charged for the time the team was there. The ladies were pleasant and cheerful and did an excellent job. I have already booked another visit and would not hesitate to recommend the service!

Their system spammed me for a review so here it is. I booked with them and they didn’t show up. Apparently they don’t check their email for stretches of time even when there are live conversations. I rebooked because I was desperate. The guy who arrived explained that it wasn’t his fault and that LME outsources this job to him. He wasn’t made aware of the earlier scheduling because LME also neglected to tell him too. The work was fine. Without requesting permission their systems spammed me several times for a review. I would not recommend this company and would search a little deeper to find someone, same as they do.

It was really easy to book their service. Staff were friendly since the first call. The staff that came to clean the apartment were punctual, organized and professional. They did a great job and we recommend it!

Life Maid Easy came highly recommended to me when I was in search of a new cleaner - and now they are the only cleaning company I trust. If you need a deep clean or a regular bi-weekly or tri-weekly clean, this is the company for you! They are incredibly professional, always friendly and reliable, use natural products, and leave my home sparkling clean. I am a very happy client and would highly recommend their services.

My first experience with Life Maid Easy. The cleaning is not great overall. The floors, cabinets and bathtubs are fully touches, however they didn't clean my balcony. The janitors said there wasn't any note about it. Well, this is for moving out cleaning, everything should be spotless. The operator should pass all details and the janitors should confirm with me when I opened the door. In addition, the walls weren't completely wiped. One of the janitors told me that he tried, some marks came off, some not. Next day when I checked the unit, I wiped, all came off with just water. Also, there are couple spots they missed such as surface of heater and fireplace, windows. Good thing is they do following up and offer me to come back and finish the jobs.
