A few days ago, my child injured her ankle while playing sports at school. We visited this clinic and they were so kind, detailed, and professional. Thanks to their exceptional care, my child’s condition improved very quickly. The assessment was thorough, and the treatment was incredibly precise and effective. We were truly impressed by how accurately they diagnosed and treated the injury. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional and compassionate care. A special thank you to Physiotherapist Christopher Wong and Dr. Jessie Li for their outstanding treatment and support. We are so grateful! Also, the receptionist were so kind and helpful as well.

I had a really good experience getting help for my ankle. The physiotherapist, acupuncturist, and RMT were all so kind and clear with the treatment , and they were all very nice and helpful. They worked together to help my ankle feel better and for me to have a clear road to recovery , and I could see improvement immediately after my visits. They explained things clearly and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone who needs treatment!

I went to Life Balance Wellness for a massage and had my session with Bryan, and honestly it was so so good. He was very attentive and checked in often to make sure the pressure was okay. He clearly knew what he was doing and focused on the areas that were actually tight instead of just doing a routine. I left feeling noticeably better and more relaxed. Also, the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy, and everything felt well organized. Overall, a really positive experience. (the clinic was very clean and organized too) would recommend. AMAZING!

I’ve been coming here for rehabilitation treatment after a car accident, and my experience has been excellent. The medical receptionists are incredibly kind and helpful, making scheduling quick and smooth so I could receive treatment without any inconvenience. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and well-equipped for rehabilitation. The staff are professional, attentive, and genuinely care about patients’ recovery. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking physiotherapy, acupuncture, or massage therapy.
