Amazing experience at Lexi Nails! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The staff is so friendly and professional—my nail technician took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and made sure I was happy with the results. The salon is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection of colors and designs. I love how my nails turned out—they look flawless! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality service and a pampering experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Best place I’ve ever gone to get my nails done! They are friendly, accommodating, and their designs are always beautiful! They even offered me a coffee while I got my nails done. My go-to spot from now on :)

I wanted to get my nails done after I got engaged and these lovely ladies got me in the same day I called! These were the best nails I’ve ever had done, attention to detail and consistency was spot on. I’m so glad I added the floral design as it was STUNNING. Definitely worth the extra 5$. Will probably get my wedding nails done here and highly recommend !

I have been going to this salon for shellac pedicures for a couple of years and have always thought they’ve done a decent job on that service. While I was there having my toes done the other day, I figured I would also treat myself to a basic manicure with polish and French tips. I was happy with the results & left a tip. Fast forward 24 hrs and 7/10 of my nails were already badly chipped. I called to let them know & see if I could get them redone since the polish didn’t even last 24hrs. I asked if I could add another $30 & get the powder dip so that they would last. One of the employees called the manager and was told “no”, I would not be able to add money and that they would only fix the existing polish. No other explanation was given, I was just told that if I wanted powder dip, I would have to pay for the full service. I booked in for the free fix the next day. Upon Arriving at the salon, I was told to pick a new color. The lady who was fixing my nails, asked me why I wasn’t getting shellac. When I told her I was only there for the free fix which was a solid polish +French tips, she proceeded to start texting. Before I knew it the manager was on speaker trying to explain to me why I couldn’t get a different service. She kept repeating that they can’t work for free to which I pointed out that they were working for free for because they were fixing my nails for free. If I added money, they would actually be making more money. The manager was rude & constantly talking over me & then told me to calm down when I was perfectly calm. I pointed out to her that there was no need to have this discussion and I didn’t even understand why she was called because I knew coming in that I wasn’t able to add on to the service. In the meantime, the lady doing my nails had just done French tips only when she was supposed to do a full polish plus tips. When I asked why my entire fingernails weren’t painted she became irritated. I tried to explain to her that I was coming in for the same service I had two days prior, which was a full polish plus French tips. She proceeded to take the French tips off and then began texting again. She then got up from the desk and walked over to the three other employees and started speaking to them about my nails as if to question whether or not she was supposed to do the polish plus tips. I asked if she wanted to see a picture of what I left with the first time I had them done, so that she understood what she was supposed to do. Finally I’d had enough. This was a simple fix. I already knew that I couldn’t upgrade the service. There was no need to call the manager and there was no need to have a meeting about it with the three other employees. I explained to them that the entire charade was ridiculous and told them they were making a big scene and embarrassing me in front of all the other customers by first having me on speakerphone with the manager and then questioning the service they were supposed to provide. I explained to them that I had been dealing with this for two days already and didn’t want to keep dealing with it and to just complete the service I was there for. The entire thing was completely uncalled for and super uncomfortable. They were the ones who provided an unsatisfactory service in the first place yet I was the one being questioned and put on the spot and embarrassed in the middle of the salon.The “fix” to my nails is ridiculously rough and clumpy, not smooth or polished looking at all. Such a waste of time…and to be made to feel like a fool to boot. Such unacceptable service with zero professionalism involved. I’m sure the manager will fire back under this review and try to pin it on me. Don’t believe her. There was no attempt at any type of customer service. I am not in the wrong here. Obviously I won’t go back and I also won’t recommend them. One other thing to note is that the manager is always trying to upsell you on add ons and more expensive services even when you tell her exactly what you want beforehand. It’s also super annoying so good riddance!
