I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND GORD LEW PLUMBING! This company is MARVELOUS! Gord Lew is the ONLY Furnace repair technician who knows what he is doing! My old Coleman furnace was making a screeching noise and the fan would shut off too fast. I had THREE other local companies come out and "diagnose" the problem and all three LIED TO ME. They were pushing me to buy a new furnace assembly and wanted to tear up my finished basement wall & ceiling in order to install it. They were using scare tactics to try to up-sell instead of repairing the problem. One such person said that the noise was from the front metal cover! Gord came out and within minutes told me the problem and how he was going to repair it; and he did, quickly on the same day! I found Gord Lew to be polite, pleasant, very intelligent, kind, Honest, patient, knowledgeable, understanding and transparent. He is friendly, has good eye contact, good English, no colloquialisms and no supercilious mannerisms. He did a beautiful, job on the repairs! He discussed the details of the problem with me, making sure I understood it and never once was he condescending! He never once mentioned that I "needed" a new furnace. I wish I had heard of his company 4 years ago and $,3000.00 earlier! He deserves a 10 Star rating! E. Birton

I called Lew Plumbing and Heating proactively to come take a look at some relatively new "mini split" AC units in a home I purchased. These Fujitsu units were approximately 5 years old. The tech basically looked at them with me and said "you maybe don't want to put any money into these units".... so he suggested I get a Quote for new units. I called this company 3 time afterwards to get a quote on new units - they never sent me anything. Meanwhile, I got quotes from 2 other companies for a full replacement of my mini-split system, BUT, more importantly, I had a real HVAC company come by and take a look at my units. They all worked and they just needed a deep cleaning. The cost of the deep cleaning was about the same as what Lew charged me for NOTHING. These guys are a joke.

We had a problem with our boiler and called Lew Plumbing and Heating. Our call was answered immediately and the matter forwarded to the technician who called us within 10 minutes and arrived at our house in 4 hours (Saturday afternoon). Gord diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour, explained what had happened and gave us instructions on how to fix it if it happened again. We were very pleased with the service we received and would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

Lew Plumbing installed a flash hot water system for household use and radiant in floor heating. Delivered service as quoted and provided excellent service and support to get the unit running smoothly. We have called Lew Plumbing in past for our heating needs and respond quickly and honestly.
