This is my second time working with Kelly as my physiotherapist, and I chose him again for his expertise in the field. He holds a master’s degree in physiotherapy, and his knowledge truly shows in his ability to accurately diagnose and treat injuries. Kelly quickly identified the areas needing treatment and provided specific strengthening exercises that have been highly effective in my recovery. Not only is he highly skilled, but he’s also incredibly friendly and somehow remembers details about his patients, despite working with many people. On top of that, he handles all paperwork thoroughly and professionally, ensuring a smooth and successful claims process. I highly recommend Kelly for anyone seeking effective and compassionate physiotherapy care.

I’ve had significant knee issues in the past, my most significant one ended up with me in a cast to try to help stabilize my patella. Once I got out of the cast I had no range of motion. It felt like it was locked straight. I went to see Kelly Knapp at level 10 and I don’t know where I would be without him. It took a lot of work but he pushed me back to my original Range of Motion and got me healthy enough to work and play football again. He’s very encouraging and knew exactly what to do. The facility is beautiful, the reception staff was awesome, and Kelly is brilliant. I know who I’ll be going back to in the future if I need physiotherapy again!

I absolutely 110% recommend Courtside Physiotherapy!!!! The whole place is clean, welcoming, safe, modern, well equipped and more than what I expected. The only thing the place is missing is changerooms. Not a big deal. Everyone there is kind, caring and supportive. Every staff member is helpful and they never seem bothered by my questions or requests. I was assigned to work with Lee and he is just one of the nicest guy's ever!!! He genuinely cares about your progress and how the program is working for you. He takes time each day to check how I'm feeling and will tailor my days treatment to my needs or issues. He is flexible with my program and has been very accommodating with my need to bring my teenage daughter with me. I wouldn't be able to continue my program without that loving provision. I also couldn't have asked for a better program. Dr. Brady, the chiropractor, is just the sweetest guy ever! He really takes the time needed to adjust me. Jenn is my physiotherapist and wow!! I really feel like she is attentive and focused on my individual needs rather than treating me like just another patient. On a personal level, she is very supportive, empathetic and compassionate. I have some personal stuff affecting my therapy and she doesn't try to l negate the impact it has on my progress. I really appreciate all they do, both professionally and personally and I will always speak highly of Courtside Physiotherapy. I never thought I would say this, but I'm actually going to miss the place. Update: I'm done my SGI physio now and actually cried on my last day. I was surprised at how attached I got to the staff, other patients and to my new found activity levels. I had Raeanne as a Physiotherapist my last 2 sessions and she was 24 weeks pregnant at the time. She stretched me out and did her absolute best to give me a full treatment. She just didn't hold back. Super impressed!! My home program was well designed for my abilities now, but also gives me goals to work for in the future. Can never say enough good about this place. Even the front office girls would say, "Have a great day Tara" on my way out each day. I only interacted with them 1x and they knew my name!!! Made me feel really comfortable and almost part of the Courtside family.
