The booking system for wellness appointments is very easy to use and it is great to be able to book anytime online. Front desk staff are awesome, so kind and helpful. They understand that when you are there for an appointment you probably don't feel your best and they are sympathetic.

My son loves training with Cassandra, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Our family has also had Physiotherapy with Jordan, and he is an awesome PT and can relate to my sons. The location and training times are convenient. We are very grateful for Cassandra and Jordan's help in rebuilding our son's strength and confidence after his knee surgery!

I had an amazing experience with Michelle D! She is an amazing trainer and excellent if you are wanting more tactical/police fitness training. I took some PT sessions with her, as well as some group classes. With her help and guidance, I passed the POPAT!

I just completed the baby and me boot camp. It was exactly what I needed postpartum. Laura was excellent, she was so hands on with the babies and made sure everyone understood the exercises. Can’t say enough good things about her and the class

I have been visiting Dr. Brian Godwin for Chiro for more than a month now. He is very patient listening to you and his observations/diagnosis are spot on. I have seen improvement for my concern and still working with him to fully recover. But the experience so far has been great.
