They provide the most exceptional care for human and pet. I can't say enough good things. Dr. Jacob was so nice and caring. I brought my 9 year old lab in for the first time yesterday, as she had a puffy ear. Turns out she needed surgery. She was fixed up and came home with me that day. We also addressed all of her health needs and it was taken care of that day as well. I've been to many different vet clinics - I'm so glad to say we've found our fur babies their forever Vet. ☺️ In addition, the Vet Techs and staff were equally as genuine and took care of me haha, offering a cappuccino or coffee, and handing me water while waiting. The building itself is nearly brand-new and has a light and calming atmosphere.

The staff was amazing. So friendly, my boy Gerry has 3 new girlfriends. Very kind gentle staff took the time to calm my dog down, let him become aware of them and not be afraid. Number 1 in Lethbridge. Gerry has to wear his hat for a while to get his ear infection under control.

Could not recommend these guys more. Phenomenal service always, with the patients best care in mind. Communication with pet parents is top tier and the facilities are phenomenal. We love them, and so do our cats❤️

Absolutely wonderful veteranary clinic. The staff was more than helpful and genuinely cared so deeply about our sweet boy. Even though he is no longer with us the veteranarians here have the best interest for the pets. Dr. Jacob is an extremely caring, smart, and knowledgeable veteranarian, who knows well of the practice and how dogs are. We thank them so dearly for everything they did for us and our boy. We will be back with our little one once she needs her vaccinations for sure.

We can’t say enough about the team at LPH and the care we received this past week. Dr. Jacob and the team nursed our very sick farm pup back to life and were incredibly understanding and patient with us as we navigated the situation. Prices were reasonable and the care was top tier. We’ll definitely be back…hopefully under better circumstances :)
