Honestly I love the gym. The atmosphere is fantastic, staff is friendly, the fellow gym goers are friendly and will strike up a convo with you. Tons of equipment options, the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because some of the machines need to desperately be fixed or updated. The leg extension is crooked and your left leg takes the majority of the weight, the incline bench isn’t the most comfortable to use, they need a few more adjustable benches and the padding on a lot of the machines could use a reupholster. Other than that Gym is great like I mentioned but definitely needs an investment to update some of the equipment.

Popped in for a quick drop in workout during the Easter weekend. The club was super clean, tons of equipment and not super busy. My drop in pass was good for 24 hours so I managed to get in 2 good workouts. Staff were cool and got me set up with a drop-in pass in no time. No pressure, just easy. Loved that there was a good mix of machines and free weights, plus enough space to do your own thing. Will definitely return on my next trip down to Lethbridge.

I went there with a friend and the receptionist was lovely to explain how things works. The workout was prestine. Lots of space and good aparels. And the acai was delicious!!. I'll plan to go back tomorrow but... I'll get my booster juice right in the beginning 😌!!
