I had a great head spa experience here with Phi! She was very sweet, thorough, and informative about each step, especially since this was my first head spa experience. She was very gentle, but the massage itself had a nice firm pressure. The head spa was so much more than I expected. It started with warm compresses on my eyes and stomach, followed by a facial, arm and shoulder massage, hair wash, head massage, ear wash (YES an ear wash, oddly a very nice experiance), and ended with a neck stretch and warm towels on my face, arms, and chest. Afterward, Phi showed me to an area where I could dry my hair and enjoy some tea and snacks while soaking my feet in a tub with a bath bomb and small nodules at the bottom. I was left there to relax and dry my hair without feeling rushed out of the building, which I really appreciated. There is a small parking lot right beside the building and a bench inside if you have to wait. They also offer nail services, with several nail tables and around five pedicure chairs. Like many nail salons, they do acrylic nails, so if you’re sensitive to the acrylic monomer smell, I’d recommend bringing a mask. Overall, I’m so happy with my experience. I’ll definitely be returning and encouraging others to try this lovely place.

I was very excited to try Lemon Nails because of all the stunning reviews on here, but unfortunately did not have a pleasant experience. I booked my appointment days in advance and selected all the proper options for which services I was wanting (acrylic extensions). When I arrived, they let me know they had overbooked their nail tables and asked if I would be ok sitting in a pedicure chair instead. I have never gotten my nails done before, and figured this wouldn't be much of an issue. I assumed they had a table or something they could bring over. In hindsight, I should have just asked to reschedule. There was no table, my nail tech had to do my nails while standing on my right side for the hour and a half long appointment. I had to keep my arms held up for her the whole time and had to balance the light on a small piece of wood on my leg. It was clearly uncomfortable for the both of us. I ended up covered in nail clippings and powder and my poor nail tech kept apologizing throughout the appointment. The owner's nail table became empty partway through my appointment, and instead of moving me to finish my nails there, they just took the next appointment in. My nails ended up a bit uneven and had some drips I had to file down later. I won't mention my nail tech by name, because I felt she did her best given the situation, and was so apologetic for something that was not her fault. I feel she did a great job considering the circumstances. Once my nails were done and I went to pay, I asked about receiving a discount since the experience was clearly not of their usual quality. I explained the situation to the owner, and immediately felt as though they were upset with me for even suggesting that I shouldn't pay full price for my experience. At first, the owner said they would just leave a note on my profile not to seat me in a pedicure chair next time. Why make a note when this clearly is not a regular occurrence? When I insisted on a discount, she asked what I thought I should pay. My nails totaled 65 which I said I would pay if 25 was guaranteed as a tip for my tech, because I didn't want her to pay for something out of her control. When I suggested this, she said that wasn't at all a standard price for nails. I agree... but it was not at all a standard experience. She offered 20% off which I greatly appreciated, but I still left feeling like they were upset with me for being unhappy with my experience.

I decided to try Lemon Nails as my birthday gift on Saturday the 6th with my SIL. I was thoroughly dissatisfied and disappointed with the service of the receptionist and nail technician I saw. The nail tech cut into my nail and upper finger last picture. Causing enough pain that I had to pause the application and winced when she continued on said finger (middle right hand) simply said sorry sorry. I was still charged a full set without any compensation. I had to ask over 12x for short nails and still came out with this length which by the 12th request for short I just agreed because it was pointless. Also the only salon who will not confirm an appointment without a deposit. My nails are crooked and I had to go home and take off nail polish around my nails myself. Was offered a beverage that tasted like salon chemicals and my SIL tea wasn't even half full and the receptionist was frustrated because my SIL couldn't find a spot to put her offered tea down. I will never be back. I highly wouldn't. They are super thick and not well shaped either.

First time having head spa with Phi. Was greeted with friendly smile. Phi has great technique and is very accommodating. The whole experience was so relaxing that I fell asleep. Clean environment with thoughtful detail. Even have a cute corner for foot bath, snack and hair dry. Will definitely come back and recommend To everyone.

Each time I visit, I leave absolutely amazed. The atmosphere is so welcoming, and every staff member is genuinely friendly. Milan is incredibly talented; each design she creates is hand-painted with such care and inspired beautifully from any reference image I bring. Truly exceptional work. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 would recommend!
