This is a review for any potential students who are thinking of going to take the Nail Tech program at Legends: I would recommend any other school. The environment, and especially Launie, made me never want to work in a salon. The only person that kept that place running smoothly was Tamara. Not to mention that Launie also takes advantage of students by making them do free labor. You’re better off finding a proper nail education anywhere else.

I am new at this review thing, but had to leave one as I had the pleasure of meeting Launie who manages the school. She was helpful and very knowledgeable. Had a friend who took a program years ago with Launie there, and always had good feedback about the school and her dedication to the programs they have. When I decide on a program to take it will be at Legends Academy in Langley,

I am currently enrolled in the Cosmetology program, due to graduate August 2026. I am an older student and decided on a career change for my 40th birthday. All of the instructors have been brilliant! In particular, Angela is an excellent teacher, sharing her knowledge from the industry as well as her own tips and tricks. She is very patient and calm and has created a safe learning environment. The students I have met have all been so friendly, kind and professional. I feel like one of the team and we always have the support of each other as well as the instructors. If you are considering a career change or you are just at the beginning of your career, I highly recommend Legends Academy Langley!

What a fantastic experience! Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and confident. Mia gave me my facial today and was kind, smart, and informed me on every step she was making. Super considerate of temperature and pressure the whole time. I will definitely be coming back and would be happy to work with Mia again!
