Amazing experience for my first chiropractic session at Legacies Health Centre. The receptionist was really nice and welcoming, which really made me feel comfortable immediately. Gagandip Parmar was so caring, patient, and thorough. She made me feel heard and well taken care of. I left feeling much better, definitely recommend:)

I’ve been going to Legacies Health Centre for massages with their intern therapists for the past few years, as I don’t have extended health coverage and am self-employed. Every visit has been a great experience. Professional, relaxing, and effective. Each session has been excellent. The best part is how budget friendly it is without compromising quality. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top notch care at a great value.

I’ve been working with Raffy Guda at Legacies Health Centre after my car accident, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better kinesiologist. Raffy is so kind, supportive, and really pays attention to how I feel each session. He makes rehab feel positive and motivating, even on tough days. I’m feeling stronger and more confident thanks to his help. So grateful for his care and encouragement!

I had a very disappointing experience with Legacies Health Centre. My appointment was canceled without any prior communication. When I arrived, the receptionist (Clarissa) told me that my partner had called to cancel — which she absolutely did not. They brought in someone named Samantha, who responded to the situation with a dismissive, “oh, it happens,” and informed me there were no available slots for the day. When I insisted on a solution, Samantha told me — in a threatening manner — that she would call the authorities on me. I then asked for written confirmation that I would not be charged for a “no show,” but Samantha refused to speak with me further and told the staff she would not come back to discuss it. This entire situation was handled unprofessionally, with no accountability for their scheduling mistake and no respect for my time as a client. *Reply to the Response Thank you for your response. I want to clarify that at no point was I aggressive or inappropriate toward your staff. I was understandably frustrated by the cancellation and the way the situation was handled, but I expressed my concerns respectfully. Over the phone, this matter was already resolved, but as per your reply on my review, it feels like the blame is being shifted onto me again. I had hoped that after sharing my review, I would receive a sincere and truthful apology instead of being blamed once more.

Had a student massage with Ravjot and it was beyond expectations! She was really good at hitting the right spots on my traps and forearms, especially since i rock climb i had some really tender forearms that she really helped treat. I will def book with her again! And recommend her to other climbers as well cause most don't go deep in the forearms and just use their arms to glide across instead of going in individuals miracles
