We had a very frustrating experience. The technician's diagnosis of our furnace felt chaotic and unclear. They disconnected our furnace and left us with a quote for replacement, which put us in a forced stressful situation scrambling for heat. We ended up seeking a second opinion as we were not confident in the assessment. Our second opinion provided us a temporary heat solution. They concluded that our furnace, in fact was not as bad as we were told and did not need a full replacement. We however decided to replace it entirely due to its age. We accepted our second quote for much less for a better furnace.

The help and customer service was amazing! I had holes in my heat exchanger, and things could have gone very poorly. I called because my furnace wouldn’t kick on, they got out in a timely manor for being a last minute call. I had my furnace replaced within 24hrs, and the guys doing the work were fast and friendly as well. Highly recommend this business!

Mike the service tech was great. I was squeezed in the same day for a broken furnace blower motor. 1/2 the price of RobsAlbertan and good quality. Going to be using LPH from now on.

I had a fantastic experience with LPH! Cordell, Tyler, Brett and all their supporting team were nothing but amazing—professional, punctual, and incredibly clean with their work. They inspected my house's HVAC and plumbing before I bought it, then installed a new AC unit, a garburator, and an additional vent for the washing machine and everything went perfectly and at a fair price. I’m beyond happy with the results. Truly a top-notch company in the Leduc/Edmonton area—highly recommended!
